Applications to any of our offices are welcome. If you are interested in another office and not the London office please apply directly to that office. If you are interested in more than one office, i.e.: London and another, once you are in the application portal, you will be able to select the EY-Parthenon office(s) in which you are interested. Please indicate all those office locations and your preference in your cover letter. We will then forward your application to the offices alongside London that you have selected.

We respond to only those applicants who are invited to attend first round interviews. We aim to do this within one week of the closing date.

At EY-Parthenon, our interview process typically includes two rounds of interviews consisting of the following:

  • First Round Interviews consist of case interviews, these are held in our London office
  • Second Round Interviews: If you pass round one, you are invited to the final interview round, which will take place in our offices and will typically include case interviews, CV reviews, and a meeting with one of our Partners.

Offers: After the final round of interviews, the recruiting team reconvenes to extend offers to the most qualified candidates.

If you hold an Undergraduate, Masters degree or PhD, and you are no longer a student, and wish to apply for the Associate programme or Associate summer internship programme, you should submit your CV via the online application portal on this page. Those with less than 3 years’ experience in the industry should apply to the Associate programme. If you have more than 3 years’ experience you may wish to apply to the Consultant programme.

The last page of the application portal will acknowledge successful submission of your application and you will receive a confirmation by email.

We will review all CV’s after the closing date at which point only candidates selected for interview will be contacted.

We will contact all candidates selected for an interview. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we regret that we cannot contact all who apply.
