EY-Parthenon accepts all applications for our full-time associate positions from third-year students and for our intern positions from all interested students.
Please use the New York University Abu Dhabi Apply Now email link to submit your CV and cover letter. Please indicate either full-time associate or intern associate in the subject line of your email.
Please be sure to submit your application no later than the application deadline date available from your university's career office. Please check back here often for updates.
Applications to any of our offices are welcome. Please indicate in your cover letter if you are interested in an office other than the Mumbai office. Please note that all first round interviews, no matter which office you are interested in, will be conducted on campus by our Mumbai team. If you are interested in an office other than Mumbai and are selected for additional interview rounds, your schedule will be customized and communicated to you accordingly.
The career development office at your school will notify you of your status and provide the schedule for interviews.
At EY-Parthenon, our associate interview process typically includes two rounds of interviews consisting of the following:
- First Round Interviews on Campus: Two first-round interviews, each lasting approximately 30 minutes.
- Second Rounds: Qualified applicants passing through first rounds will proceed to interviews in our office that typically last three to four hours.
Offers: After the final round of interviews, the recruiting team reconvenes to offer the most qualified candidates a position in a full-time or intern program.
