MBA2 students are eligible to apply for our growth strategy and software strategy fulltime consultant position and MBA1 students to our summer consultant role. Applicants must apply via the link in the Apply now section of this page.

Growth strategy applications to any of our offices are welcome. When you complete the pre-application link you can signify your office preference.
All first round interviews, no matter which office you are interested in, will be conducted on campus by our recruiting team. If you are selected for additional interview rounds, your schedule will be customized and communicated to you accordingly.
At this time, software strategy applicants may apply to our Boston, New York City, and San Francisco offices only.

At EY-Parthenon, our interview process typically includes two rounds of interviews consisting of the following:
- First Round Interviews On Campus: There will be two back-to-back interviews, each lasting approximately 30 minutes. Qualified candidates passing through this round will be invited to a second round of interviews in our office.
- Second Round Interviews at EY-Parthenon Office: These final interviews will take place in our office and will typically last three to four hours. Details regarding timing and transportation will be communicated to you accordingly.
Offers: After the final round of interviews, the recruiting team extends offers to the most qualified candidates for positions in the full-time or summer programs.
Those who apply to the Software Strategy Group should anticipate continuing to work within that group. However, we also recognize that things change over time, and transfers could be considered for people with interest a few years into their tenure.
