EY-Parthenon accepts all applications for our full-time consultant positions from INSEAD.
Please use the INSEAD Apply Now email link to submit your CV and cover letter. Please indicate either Full-time Consultant Position or Intern Consultant Position in the subject line of your email. If you are a student from the 17J class, please apply to EY-Parthenon positions through INSEAD CareerGlobe only.

Applications to any of our offices are welcome. Please indicate in your cover letter if you are interested in an office other than the Mumbai office. Also note that all first round interviews, no matter which office you are interested in, will be conducted on campus by our Mumbai team. If you are interested in an office other than the Mumbai office and are selected for additional interview rounds, your schedule will be customized and communicated to you accordingly.
The career development office at your school will notify you of your status and provide the schedule for interviews.
The typical interview process is as follows:
- First Round Interviews: There will be two first-round interviews, each lasting approximately 30 minutes, conducted on campus.
- Second Round Interviews: These interviews will take place in our offices and will last three to four hours.
Offers: After the final round of interviews, the recruiting team reconvenes to offer the most qualified candidates a position in the full-time or intern program.
