What educational background is EY-Parthenon Australia looking for?

What can I expect when I start working at EY-Parthenon Australia?

From your first day at EY-Parthenon Australia, we will staff you directly on projects where you'll be making a significant contribution immediately. Your on the job learning will be complemented with formal training from our senior leadership team.

Will I be expected to specialise in a specific sector?

No. We aim to staff our consultants on as wide a variety of projects as possible, to maximise the learning opportunity for you. In later stages of your career at EY-Parthenon, you are expected to start specializing in specific sectors and/or project types.

What is the application process?

Whilst the recruitment process may vary depending on the position, the typical application process involves a resume, cover letter, short written response to specific questions, take-home case study, and two rounds of interviews incorporating case studies and behavioural questions.

Do you sponsor work visas?

Unfortunately, EY-Parthenon does not sponsor work visas at the Graduate level. However, EY-Parthenon may consider sponsoring work visas for lateral hires.
