Clark is a managing director in the EY-Parthenon practice of Ernst & Young LLP and is based in San Francisco. Throughout his career, Clark has worked with corporate and private equity clients to help them solve complex business and technical issues. He is a member of the technology sector team, and has broad experience across the technology industry, with experience in R&D, sales and marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, strategic planning and M&A.
Previously, Clark held roles in corporate strategy, M&A, and consulting at EMC and Bain & Company. He began his career as a technologist developing microprocessors and assessing disruptive technology trends for IBM. Clark received his BS, cum laude, in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, and his MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School.
