Chris is an executive advisor in the EY-Parthenon practice of Ernst & Young LLP, based in Boston, and is a member of its software practice group. Chris was founder and managing partner of Bulger Partners, which joined EY in 2018. At Bulger Partners, he led the firm’s international strategy consulting, investment banking and growth equity activities as well as setting the firm’s strategic direction, managing profit and loss and establishing the culture. In addition, he served as the managing partner of the firm’s investment affiliate, Bulger Capital Partners.
For more than three decades, Chris has been successful as an advisor, investment banker and investor in Software Economy companies at all stages. He has advised early stage companies and established global leaders. Prior to founding Bulger Partners, Chris was a senior partner with Robertson Stephens, where he was a member of the management and compensation committees of the firm through its sale to Bank of America. He has also worked as a strategy consultant and as a systems engineer.
He received a BS in Engineering from Boston University and his MBA from Yale University.
